Drytopia Restoration is a referral service. We help homeowners in the Colorado Springs area reach independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do restoration work. We do not own pumps or dehumidifiers, and we do not send anyone to your home. The providers you speak with run their own businesses.
This website is here to help you make safe choices. Most pages explain what a homeowner can handle, where a provider's skills and equipment matter and what to ask before hiring anyone.
Water damage is stressful, and it often happens at a bad time. Many homeowners are not sure whether they can clean up on their own or need help. Some wait too long. Others hire the first company they reach and later wish they had asked more questions.
We want to make the next step clearer. The goal is a safe home, a dry structure and a homeowner who understands what they agreed to.
When you call or send a request, your details go to an independent provider that serves your area. Sometimes a request passes through a marketing partner that works with local providers. The provider contacts you, asks about the damage and sets up an inspection if you want one.
Which provider you reach depends on location, the type of job and who is taking calls at that time.
We expect providers in our network to treat homeowners fairly. That means explaining the damage in plain terms, giving written estimates before work starts and being honest about what they can and cannot do. Homeowner feedback matters to us. Providers who keep falling short of these expectations may be removed from the network.
Even so, every provider is independent. Check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and read the estimate before you sign.
Drytopia Restoration may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls and referrals. This does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.
If you have water damage, start with safety. Stay away from wet electrical, stop the water source and take photos. Then reach out to talk with a local provider.
