How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Drytopia Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise With Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Drytopia Restoration
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site you think is unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Drytopia Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@drytopia.com and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What We Do Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our response does not resolve things, you can reply and ask us to review it again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
