How Our Network Works

Talk with a provider

Who Answers When You Reach Out

When you request a callback or send the estimate form, you are connected with an independent water damage restoration provider that serves your area. In some cases the request goes first to a marketing partner that routes it to a local provider. Either way, the person you speak with works for the provider's business, not for Drytopia Restoration.

What the First Conversation Covers

Expect the provider to ask a few basic questions:

  • Where is the water, and how much is there?
  • Where did it come from, if you know?
  • When did you first notice it?
  • Is power off in the wet area?
  • Do you plan to file an insurance claim?

Have photos ready if you can. The provider may offer to set up an inspection. You can agree, ask for time to think or decline.

Questions Worth Asking the Provider

A few good questions tell you a lot about a provider.

About the Work

Ask how they find hidden moisture, how often they check readings and how they decide the job is dry. A solid answer mentions meters, daily visits and a dry goal for each material.

About the Price

Ask for a written estimate that separates drying from repairs. Ask what could change the price and how they will tell you if it does.

About Insurance

Ask whether they can help document damage for a claim. Many providers can share photos and moisture logs. Some policies may cover sudden damage, but only your insurer can say what yours covers.

Warning Signs

Be careful if a provider pushes you to sign before an inspection, wants full payment up front or asks you to sign over insurance payments without explaining what that means.

You Decide

You are never required to hire the provider you are connected with. Take your time, compare estimates and ask for references. If you would rather get a second opinion, that is your right.
