You should know how Drytopia Restoration works and how it gets paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Drytopia Restoration is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not perform water extraction, structural drying, basement cleanup, mold remediation, repairs or any other restoration services.
When you call the phone number on this site or submit a form, your call or request may be sent to an independent provider or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
Drytopia Restoration may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment may depend on things such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.
This payment does not change the price a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.
Providers are not employees, agents or partners of Drytopia Restoration. Each provider is fully responsible for:
Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of the provider or a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before deciding.
Calls made through this site may be tracked, and some may be recorded, for quality, verification and billing.
If you have a question about how we work or how we are paid, email contact@drytopia.com.
